NO refunds due to the nature of the event. Spaces fill up quickly.
Must provide YOUR OWN table for displays. Maximum of (1) 6 ft wide table
Station location is on a first come basis / Early arrival highly suggested.
Please provide (1) giveaway item per day on 1st day of participation & Business Card
Vendor Access 1-hour prior for set-up. No valuables/product overnight
NO electricity or running water available for vendor stations
Please follow parking guidelines. Do NOT block traffic or other parking stalls.
All products and/or all associated concepts are presented in an appropriate manner and not offensive in nature to the event, host, guests, or site.
No products that are not listed above can be displayed or promoted.
